We will respond to your request within one month of receipt, in accordance with the rights set out in section 13 of this agreement. Where necessary, this period may be extended by up to two months, depending on the complexity and volume of requests received. You will be notified of any extension, along with the reasons for it, within one month of your original request.

Under section 13 of the Act, information provided in response to a rights request will be made available at no charge, unless an exception applies. Where a request is unfounded or excessive — particularly if repetitive — we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of fulfilling it, or we may decline to act on it.
